We have attained the highest Health & Safety accreditation. We receive annual accreditation by SiteWise which enables us to manage our own health and safety programme. We have a continual commitment to health and improving safety which we review at each monthly safety meeting.
We place high importance on continuous learning and upskilling for our staff. We ensure our processes are always up to date and our staff can identify and minimise hazards and risks, and have the skills to work as safely as possible. We have weekly toolbox meetings and make sure that every member of the team is on the same page.
Our Health & Safety policy is externally audited, so we know our processes and procedures are up to standard, with unbiased expert recommendations.
Every team member is site safe, EWP trained, and harness trained. The more we know, the less likely we are to make mistakes and this results in a safer work environment for all involved.
We record all of our almost-accidents and address the cause so that they don’t become accidents in the future. Because of this, we have had no reportable incidents.
